1. Introduction
Welcome to Visit Grand Egyptian Museum (visitgrandegyptianmuseum.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the tours and travel services we arrange. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
Company: City and Sea Travel Group, including its subsidiaries City and Sea Travel, City and Sea Adonis, and CSS City and Sea Services GmbH, which operates this website.
Service: All tours, tickets, and travel experiences arranged by our company.
Guest / User: Any individual or entity booking or using our services.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@visitgrandegyptianmuseum.com.
- 30 days or more before your tour or trip start date: 15% of the total booking value is retained as a cancellation fee, and you receive an 85% refund.
- 29 to 15 days before your start date: 25% retained, 75% refund.
- 14 to 3 days before your start date: 50% retained, 50% refund.
- Within 48 hours before your start date, or in case of a no-show: 100% retained, no refund.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method for the booking.
5. Payment Terms
All payments and transactions are managed by CSS City and Sea Services GmbH under formal contractual arrangements. This administrative setup does not affect the guest’s booking or experience in any way.
6. Service Delivery
All services are provided in person during the booked tour or associated excursions. We do not ship or deliver physical goods.
7. User Responsibilities
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions issued by our guides, respect local customs, cultural heritage sites, and fellow travelers, and provide accurate information during booking.
8. Chargebacks, Refunds, and Disputes
Guests are encouraged to contact us directly in the event of a billing issue or dispute. Refunds are handled according to the cancellation terms above. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in administrative fees and the suspension of future bookings.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to info@visitgrandegyptianmuseum.com. We aim to resolve all matters amicably.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
